One Week Until MY TURN

On Tuesday, July 29, MY TURN will emerge. I am anxious, excited, scared, nervous, ecstatic. But most of all I am ready. I am ready for this labor of love to land in the hands of readers who will see themselves in my words. I am ready for the pages of my life to grow creased, dog-eared, coffee-stained. This project is the most personal work I have ever shared, and it’s also the work I am most proud of in my life. I am proud of myself for getting to a place where I can truthfully declare MY TURN in this wild and dangerous existence. I can say with boldness and clarity that my time is now, my life is beautiful, and while the process of getting here wasn’t easy, it all shaped me into who I am today.
